AUTONOMOUS · LOCAL-FIRST
Job search on autopilot, on your machine.
Tell JobPilot what you're looking for. It finds roles, tailors your resume, applies, and messages recruiters, all on the Claude or Codex subscription you already pay for. Every morning it leaves you a journal of what it did.

SEE IT RUN
Forty seconds of the agent working.
Nothing here is a mockup: it's one real cycle, a real application form, and the pipeline filling up.
THE PILOT · AUTONOMOUS MODE
Write your goals once. Close the lid.
The Pilot is JobPilot running unattended. You give it instructions and limits; it works through your search on its own, asks when it's unsure, and keeps a journal you can read over coffee, so you never have to drive every step by hand.
01
Set your instructions
What roles you want, how many applications a day, which searches to keep warm, how bold the recruiter outreach should be. You write it in plain sentences rather than a config file.
02
Let it work
The agent keeps working while you sleep: it finds and scores new roles, applies to the good matches, looks for someone to introduce you before applying cold, and nudges recruiters who went quiet.
03
Answer from your phone
When it hits something only you can answer (a salary question, a login code, a message it wants to send) you get a one-tap card by push. Answer it and the parked job picks back up.
04
Wake to a journal
Every action lands in a live feed, rolled into a morning digest: applications sent, replies reviewed, questions waiting. The dashboard itself enforces your daily limits, so they hold even if a cycle goes off-script.
HANDS-ON MODES
Four modes for driving it yourself.
The Pilot runs all of these for you. Reach for them yourself when you want to steer a single search, application, or message.
Search
Find and score roles against your resume across every board.
New campaign → Search onlyAuto-apply
Let the agent apply to your high-match roles on its own.
New campaign → Auto-applyApply

New campaign → Apply to linksNetworking
Find the hiring manager and message them by email or LinkedIn.
New campaign → NetworkingEach one starts from a button in the dashboard and runs in the agent dock. See the docs.
WORKSPACE
Your pipeline fills itself.
Six stages from applied to offer. The agent logs each application as it lands, so the funnel and its analytics stay current without you entering anything by hand.
INBOX
Recruiter replies, matched to the right application
JobPilot reads recruiter replies from your Gmail, classifies them, and pairs each with the application it belongs to. You approve the status move; nothing changes without you.
RESUME STUDIO
Every job gets its own resume
Keep one base resume; the agent tailors a variant for each application and renders it to PDF live. You always know which version went where.
UPWORK
Only the Upwork jobs worth bidding on.
Client-quality filters drop low hire rates and empty spend histories before ranking what's left. Proposals and profile improvements are drafted for your approval.
TRUST
Free, open source, and yours to run.
Your subscription
The agent runs on your Claude or Codex plan. JobPilot ships no model keys and adds no per-job fees.
Your machine
The terminal and browser run locally. Watch every action in the agent dock; stop it whenever you like.
Encrypted credentials
Board logins and captcha keys are encrypted with a key only your account holds. Deleting your account destroys it.
Your own Gmail client
Email runs through your personal Google OAuth client. No shared app sits between JobPilot and your mail.
Open source
The dashboard, API, terminal host, and plugin are all public on GitHub.
LIVE JOB INDEX
Jobs the agents found this week.
The agents found these across every board and deduped them into one listing each.

Nothing. JobPilot is free and MIT-licensed, and the whole project is one public repository on GitHub. Your only cost is the Claude or Codex subscription you already have.
No. The agent runs inside Claude Code or Codex, so the AI work comes out of the subscription you already pay for. There's nothing to top up and no per-token bill from us.
A mid-tier one: Claude Sonnet 5 or GPT 5.6 Terra. Avoid top-tier models like Claude Opus 5. Applying to jobs is reading postings and filling forms, not hard reasoning, so the top tier eats your weekly usage limits far faster without applying to more jobs. JobPilot starts Claude Code on Sonnet for you; on Codex, set your own model.
On your computer. Your dashboard lives on the web, but the AI session and the browser doing the actual applying run locally, so you can watch it work and stop it at any point.
Eleven are built in, among them LinkedIn, Indeed, HN Who's Hiring, and Upwork. And since the agent drives a real browser, you can add any other board from the boards page. It isn't limited to a fixed list.
Yes, if you connect Gmail through your own Google OAuth client, so no shared app ever touches your mail. That's how it sorts recruiter replies, fetches verification codes, and sends networking messages.
Checkbox and text captchas it solves on its own. For image puzzles it uses your 2Captcha or CapSolver key if you've added one; if you haven't, it skips that job and tells you why.
