About the role

Atoms builds physical AI robots for food, mining, and transport industries. Acquisitions Manager owns deal flow end-to-end for distressed/off-market industrial sites in dense urban markets. Onsite Austin, TX, 5 days/week.

Requirements

• 4-10 years total experience, 3-5+ years in real estate acquisition, investment, or transactions
• background in real estate, finance, private equity, investment banking, or development
• strong financial modeling skills

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end deal execution: sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, closing new locations
• Identify high-potential urban sites via broker/landlord network
• Build pipeline of off-market opportunities
• Analyze deal viability with financial models
• Partner with legal/technical/finance on due diligence
• Monitor asset performance post-close
