Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience building and managing high-performing machine learning teams (tech lead experience also considered)
• Deep hands-on ML experience training, evaluating, and deploying large-scale production models
• Technical domain knowledge in Ads conversion modeling, ranking, and recommendations required
• People management experience with technical mentorship and team growth

What you'll do

• Define the team vision, strategic direction, and technical roadmap for conversion modeling
• Lead and mentor a high-performing ML engineering team, recruiting and retaining top talent
• Oversee the model development lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PM, data science, and engineering teams
