Requirements

• 3+ years designing AI/ML solutions
• 2+ years Python AI/ML
• 1+ year production agentic workflows
• 6+ months Claude Agent SDK
• 6+ months Anthropic Claude models in production
• 1+ year leading workstreams
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related
• Travel up to 50%
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

What you'll do

• Design and build agentic solutions using Claude
• Deliver client engagement components
• Lead small teams through requirements and design
