Requirements

• Hands-on model training, fine-tuning or post-training
• Deep ML/RL/evaluation knowledge
• Staff or Principal technical leadership
• London hybrid, 2 days/week

What you'll do

• Own AI initiatives from research to production
• Lead post-training, RL and evaluations
• Build agent harnesses and synthetic data pipelines
