The Asset Management Analyst will play a critical role in managing, monitoring, and reporting on StepStone's real estate investments, delivering recommendations to senior investment team members. Hybrid.

Requirements

• 1-3 years real estate investment, reporting, or asset/portfolio management experience
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; understanding of real estate structures, concepts and metrics
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• PowerBI and/or Argus experience a plus
• Undergraduate degree from top-tier institution
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

What you'll do

• Conduct scenario/supporting analysis on investments, developments, acquisitions; develop financial models and valuations
• Maintain and control business plans, budgets, capital projects, cash flow models
• Monitor investment progress/performance with operating partners; site inspections, manager meetings, market research
• Monitor debt compliance and forecast future performance
• Prepare internal/client reports, quarterly valuations, ad-hoc requests
