About the role

The Analyst will support the oversight and execution of the firm's real estate investment and fund activities through financial analysis, thoughtful evaluation of asset and fund performance, and hands-on involvement in transactions and reporting. Hybrid, onsite four days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data science, or related field
• 1-2 years CRE, investment, asset management, portfolio management, or investment banking experience
• Strong Excel model building skills
• PowerPoint presentation skills
• Argus experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

What you'll do

• Conduct financial and performance analysis
• Review annual asset plans and assess strategy
• Support transaction analysis: hold/sell, buyouts, financings, refinancings
• Develop and maintain fund-level analysis and projections
• Assist quarterly valuations (Argus/Excel) and investor reporting
• Build and maintain data systems and dashboards
• Collaborate with JV partners, Acquisitions/Development, Finance, Investor Relations
