About the role

VP on JPMorgan Asset Management West Region Investment Team, sourcing and closing equity investments in SF Bay Area commercial real estate across risk spectrum. Requires ARGUS familiarity and existing SF Bay Area market experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years real estate acquisitions experience
• experience in office, industrial, multifamily, and/or retail sectors
• experience mentoring junior associates and analysts
• familiarity with ARGUS
• experience in the San Francisco Bay Area

What you'll do

• Source, negotiate, diligence, and close equity investments in office, industrial, multifamily, retail
• Manage deal teams including analysts and associates
• Lead due diligence and coordinate with asset management, engineering, research teams
• Write investment committee memoranda and present/advocate transactions
• Develop broker and partner relationships
