About the role

2027 university hire Associate Program. Data science and machine learning with GenAI and agentic workflows, model evaluation, experimentation and client recommendations. Basic cloud understanding and up to 100% travel required. Preferred exposure to RAG, embeddings, orchestration frameworks, Git, containers, APIs and MLOps.

Requirements

• Mathematics, statistics, computer science and algorithms fundamentals
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, R or similar programming
• Foundational predictive and prescriptive modeling, machine learning, GenAI and Agentic AI
• Basic cloud, data or AI platform understanding
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
• Related bachelor's degree preferred

What you'll do

• Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Validate statistical and machine learning models
• Design experiments, evaluation datasets and metrics
• Build and evaluate GenAI, RAG and agent workflows
• Communicate assumptions, limitations and recommendations to clients
