Associate Data Scientist – Optimization & Operations Research

About the role

Associate Data Scientist role focused on Operations Research and mathematical optimization, turning supply chain, pricing, and planning problems into optimization models.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in optimization/OR including internships or academic projects; fresh graduates encouraged
• Bachelor's or Master's in Operations Research, Applied Math, Industrial Engineering, CS, or related
• Strong foundations in linear algebra, probability, optimization theory, algorithms
• Hands-on experience with a solver (Gurobi/CPLEX/COIN-OR) and a programming language (preferably Python)

What you'll do

• Formulate optimization problems for supply chain, inventory, production planning, pricing
• Design, implement, test LP/IP/MIP models and heuristics
• Use commercial/open-source solvers for model diagnostics and tuning
• Collaborate with data engineering to integrate optimization models
