Associate embedded firmware engineer at Leviton (lighting/power/data network products): firmware and test specs, application systems, low-level debugging. 0-2 years experience.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical, Computer Science or engineering-related field
• 0-2 years embedded hardware and software engineering experience
• Experience with embedded firmware in C or C++
• 16/32 microcontrollers and ARM processors
• RTOS and event-driven real-time firmware
• Communication protocols CAN, BLE, UART, SPI, I2C
• Debugging tools: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG

What you'll do

• Develop firmware and test specifications for products
• Design and develop firmware/software for electrical assemblies
• Develop application systems with requirements, design, coding, testing
• Write efficient code for complex programming assignments
• Develop test data, unit tests, assist system testing
• Debug low-level issues for new and existing products
