About the role

The Junior Technical Business Analyst position at ICF supports the software development lifecycle for energy efficiency tracking and reporting tools, working with stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in solution design; hybrid/remote with occasional visits to the Reston, VA office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Math, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint, CoPilot
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT
• Experience assisting with business, functional, or testing documentation
• Exposure or experience in the utility, energy, or energy efficiency sectors
• Interest in consulting or client-facing experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, or Smartsheet
• Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation
