Join a global bank's Investment Management arm where you'll lead the redevelopment of core equity trading systems that directly impact Front Office operations. Senior, hands-on C++ Software Engineer role.

Requirements

• Strong C++ backend development experience
• Experience working with traders in Front Office trading environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures
• Degree educated in Computer Science or similar STEM disciplines

What you'll do

• Redevelopment and customisation of a core equity trading system for the EMEA market
• Backend development using C++17 / C++20 on Linux
• Low-latency development and solving high-volume data/performance problems at scale
• Direct exposure to traders, ownership of projects from design through delivery
