About the role

The Customer Service Supervisor oversees a team of CSRs supporting the VA Veterans Experience Office White House VA Hotline. Position is 100% local-virtual; must live within 60-minute drive of a designated VA facility (Nashville/Murfreesboro TN, Columbia SC, Shepherdstown WV, Arlington VA, Maryland, Salt Lake City UT, or San Antonio TX) for technical support and training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4 years call center/contact center experience
• 1 year supervisory experience
• US citizen with REAL ID
• wired high-speed internet 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up
• must live within 60-minute drive of a designated VA facility location

What you'll do

• Supervise CSRs and provide leadership
• Field escalated calls
• Monitor CSR performance and quality
• Prepare case notes and reports
• Review call volume reports
