About the role

The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of Phone Intake specialists to ensure complete, accurate, and timely intake of cases and exceptional inbound call service performance. OncoHealth is committed to remote, hybrid or in office work options; open to employees nationwide, primarily Eastern/Central time zones.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, associate/bachelor's preferred
• 3-5 years experience in healthcare operations, call center leadership, or utilization management
• 1-2 years people leadership experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• PHI-compliant home workspace
• Reliable internet and equipment

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Phone Intake specialists
• Monitor real-time and historical performance metrics
• Oversee daily inbound call operations and SLA adherence
• Ensure quality, compliance, and turnaround time requirements
• Partner with workforce management on staffing and scheduling
• Act as escalation point for complex cases
