Requirements

MUST HAVE 1 year or more of RECENT call center Leadership experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Recent experience in leadership with communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work any 8-hour shift Monday-Friday between 8 AM-9 PM EST/CST
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace (no mobile hotspots)

What you'll do

Lead, coach, and support remote call center agents to ensure high-quality service delivery
Act as liaison between clients, leadership teams, and call center staff
Monitor daily call flow, performance metrics, and service levels
Conduct virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Resolve escalated issues and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication logs
