About the role

This is a paid, confidential 60-minute expert-call engagement (not a full-time role) arranged via Ethos, seeking senior technology leaders who have evaluated/purchased open-weight AI models and defined model strategy for their enterprise or government agency, to discuss industry practices in AI vendor selection at $500/hr.

Requirements

• Senior technology leader (CTO, CIO, Chief AI Officer, Head of AI/ML Platform, Chief Data Officer or equivalent) at VP level or above with budget authority
• At a Global 2000 enterprise company or government agency
• Past experience evaluating and purchasing open-weight AI models or related post-training/deployment services, particularly for coding and software engineering
• Past experience defining model strategy (proprietary vs open-weight vs internal) and selecting AI vendors
• Sector experience in financial services, government, healthcare/life sciences, technology/telecom, industrials/aerospace, or consumer/retail

What you'll do

• Participate in a paid, confidential 60-minute expert call about industry practices in adoption of open-weight AI models
• Discuss what drives vendor selection and how the market is expected to evolve
