About the role

The Client Success Manager plays a critical role in shaping the client experience at Pattern through trust, operational rigor, and data-driven insights. Own the client relationship with an assigned book of business, lead onboarding, drive platform adoption, and serve as the CS owner for assigned litigations.

Requirements

3-5 years client-facing customer success or account management experience, ideally legal tech/legal services/B2B SaaS
Track record managing relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience designing client service/support strategies
Comfort with data/reporting and dashboards
Hybrid schedule based in Charlotte, NC or Richmond, VA

What you'll do

Own client relationships within an assigned book of business
Lead client onboarding and serve as primary point of contact
Drive platform adoption using data and reporting
Serve as CS owner for assigned litigations
Partner with Key Account Managers on account growth and retention
