Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years IT/technical support experience
• 2+ years customer service or client-facing experience
• Knowledge of SQL Server or comparable database including DML
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Understanding of server and network fundamentals

What you'll do

• Provide support for Softdocs products via email, chat, phone, case tools
• Document issues and outcomes accurately
• Interpret application and system logs to troubleshoot functionality
• Manage multiple open cases and prioritize effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
