About the role

Entry-level consultant engineer role for career switchers/returners blending software engineering with strategic client advisory. Months 1-2: software engineering induction incl. AI-assisted development training. Months 3-15: work on client projects with continued in-house training covering system design, development methodologies, additional technologies. Month 16+: choose a career path. Looking for passion for solving real-world challenges, consultancy mindset, positive team player, and exceptional logical analysis/reasoning (STEM).

What you'll do

• Deliver client software projects as a technical partner/consultant
• Oversee and refine AI-generated code
• Participate in structured training (coding, source control, tech stacks, system design)
• Advise clients using domain knowledge
