Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent
Experience in Customer Experience Manager role with SaaS focus or Project Controls Manager in construction/capital projects

What you'll do

Cultivate strategic partnerships with key clients in infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, energy sectors
Lead client onboarding, change management, and adoption strategies
Conduct regular in-person client visits
Advise on project controls methodologies (EVM, CPM, Monte Carlo, AWP)
