About the role

Join our team as a Customer Experience Manager, where you will play a key role in strengthening regional sales operations and enhancing process efficiency, guiding and developing the customer experience team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive revenue and profitability.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing or Engineering required
5-7 years of progressive sales experience preferred (Inside/Outside Sales)
Previous management experience
Knowledge of ERP systems critical, SAP a plus
Working knowledge of managing large contracts
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

What you'll do

Manage and develop the customer experience team including hiring, training, goal setting, performance reviews
Maximize sales, gross margin, net profit, and return on capital employed
Communicate with General Manager on sales trends and market developments
Cultivate business plans, marketing and sales programs and budgets
Assist sales representatives in developing new business
