About the role

The Customer Relations Manager works closely with our home buyers on all customer service and warranty issues. The Customer Service Manager will support our West Michigan and Northwest Indiana communities in Grand Rapids, Valparaiso, Holland and Muskegon. Visit each buyer at the New Buyer Orientation (NBO) and the Pre-Drywall Orientation (PDO).

Requirements

2+ years related experience in residential customer service/home warranty
High School/GED required, college degree preferred but not required
Experience in Construction or Homebuilding industry strongly preferred

What you'll do

Manage all activities involving homeowners, prospective buyers, trades, and division staffing
Visit each buyer at New Buyer Orientation and Pre-Drywall Orientation in person
Resolve customer issues with team members and trade partners
Monitor and intercede on repairs by trade partners
Explain Companys Limited Warranty to each homeowner
