Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year claims adjudication/customer service experience or equivalent
• Read/comprehend English instructions and correspondence
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in Windows/PC environment
• Available for non-traditional hours/shift schedule
• Preferred: medical terminology and medical claims/coding knowledge

What you'll do

• Respond to phone inquiries about benefits coverage determination
• Respond to inquiries regarding claims processing
• Research policy information and membership records
• Maintain quality/production standards per client contract
• May also process claims or adjustments
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy/security guidelines
