About the role

Luminare Health Customer Service Supervisor: day-to-day supervision of a remote team of inbound/outbound customer service reps. Requires 3-5 years call center customer service, 1+ year supervisory experience, and 3 years healthcare/health insurance/claims processing experience. Remote from continental US, excluding CA, NY, AK, HI. Pay $42.2K-$79.3K/year.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or lead experience in a call center
• Minimum 3-5 years customer service experience in a call center
• Minimum 3 years healthcare/health insurance, claims processing or provider billing experience
• Health Care Reform Knowledge and Medicare/Medicaid benefit knowledge
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
