Requirements

Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or HCM software company
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify and mitigate churn risk
Ability to foster collaborative partnerships across the organization

What you'll do

Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction, reduce churn
Own end-to-end renewal process, pricing alignment, and booking
Conduct check-ins and QBRs
Identify expansion opportunities and pass warm leads to Account Management
Serve as customer advocate driving timely issue resolution
