About the role

We are looking for an experienced, tech-forward Customer Success Manager (Central Time Zone preferred) to own a portfolio of Lively employer customers, providing white-glove onboarding, ongoing management, and cross-selling to increase customer loyalty and value.

Requirements

4+ years experience in customer success, implementation, account management, or similar role
Experience delivering exceptional B2B customer support
Experience upselling/cross-selling and hitting revenue goals
Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation platforms
Ability to support high volume during Open Enrollment season (Oct-Feb)

What you'll do

Own a portfolio of employer customers to nurture, support, and develop
Onboard and implement new employer customers
Cross-sell Lively products to existing customers
Build relationships with third-party vendors, brokers, and consultants
Facilitate bulk asset transfers from third-party HSA providers
