About the role

NAR is seeking a Data Analyst to help deliver data-driven insights, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled products, working directly with business stakeholders to transform complex and fragmented data into actionable information within the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics or a related technical role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries
• Strong Python development skills including notebooks, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Plotly, Matplotlib
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Streamlit, or Django
• Experience with cloud platforms; Azure and Microsoft Fabric preferred
• Use of Git and project management systems such as Jira
• Good grasp of basic statistical concepts
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
