Early-career DS/technical analyst, generally first 24 months. 0-2 years, relevant degree and 3.0 GPA. Predictive maintenance, GenAI, equipment telemetry, analytics or technical product support depending placement. Chicago/Peoria or limited Dallas; relocation may be available. No sponsorship.

Requirements

• Foundational statistics, ML, programming and database knowledge
• Related bachelor's or higher completed by start for top candidates
• 0-2 years relevant experience; internships and projects valued
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• No visa sponsorship now or future

• Model equipment health and failure risk
• Train and evaluate GenAI solutions
• Support fleet analytics and digital products
