Desktop Support, Associate - Executive Technology Support

About the role

Blackstone seeks a service-oriented Desktop Support Associate for white-glove support of executives and business stakeholders. Responsibilities cover Windows, Office 365, mobile devices, conferencing, peripherals, coordination with infrastructure/network/security teams, and ServiceNow. Preferred qualifications include VIP/financial-sector support, MDM, video conferencing, communication, organization, and independent user support.

Requirements

• Advanced troubleshooting, repair, configuration and deployment for Windows devices, Office 365 applications, mobile devices, conferencing technologies, peripherals and home-office setups

What you'll do

• White-glove technical support for executives and VIP users
• Support collaboration spaces and video conferencing
• Document incidents, service requests, root cause analysis and communications in ServiceNow
• Identify recurring issues and improve service
