Segula Technologies seeks an I&C Engineer for a large-scale Oil & Gas/petrochemical project at the Galp site in Sines, Portugal: instrument specification, cable/hook-up design, control loop and PLC/DCS logic development, technical data management (instrument lists, MTO), and on-site supervision of mechanical/instrumentation field teams. Requirements

• Technical or higher engineering degree (electrical, electronic, electromechanical, automation, or mechanical with strong controls focus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Instrumentation and Control projects in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation
• Knowledge of InTools/SPI or EPlan valued
• Full availability to work on-site in Sines

What you'll do

• Specify control valves, safety valves, and transmitters per process operating conditions
• Design cable routing, junction boxes, and instrument mounting/installation drawings
• Develop control loops, control diagrams, functional control description and PLC/DCS logic
• Prepare and update instrument lists, signal lists, and MTOs
• Perform site supervision and technical visits to client (Galp) facilities, coordinating mechanical and instrumentation field teams
