About the role

The EverCommerce Payments (PaySimple) team is looking for a Customer Success Manager to develop deep relationships with an assigned portfolio of high-value customers, drive adoption, and navigate value-add conversations for our payment solutions.

Requirements

2-4 years managing a portfolio of accounts, SaaS account management a plus
Experience in high-volume sales or account management engaging VP/C-suite/SMB owners
Strong Excel skills to analyze data for decisions
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
Previous payment processing experience a plus

What you'll do

Establish trusted advisor relationships with SMB accounts
Master payment solutions to provide consultative guidance
Scale playbooks across multi-location accounts and partners
Manage 1:1 accounts and implement 1:many strategies for channel growth
Identify sales opportunities and upsell unused functionality
