Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, facility management, engineering or building construction, or equivalent experience
Advanced understanding and experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair
7-10 years of facility management experience
Supervise 1st/2nd/3rd shift technicians; training, development, performance appraisals
OSHA and airport policy compliance

What you'll do

Oversee corrective and preventative maintenance of building systems (MEP, HVAC, life/safety) for hangar and terminal buildings supporting a 24-hour airport operation
Prioritize facilities maintenance requests and adjust technician schedules
Implement work order schedules; coordinate contractors and outside vendors; facilitate bids
Manage facility spend and budgets for daily operations and special projects
Client communication and status reporting; inventory and tool audits
