About the role

Field Services PC Technician (L1) at Getronics, onsite field role across the United States. Provides onsite break/fix, installation, and repair services for desktops/laptops/tablets for commercial and residential clients, meets SLAs, handles software imaging and component replacement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant technical qualification and 6-12 months work experience
PC repair certifications preferred
Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
Own basic repair toolkit, PC, and mobile phone
Experience with deskside support and ticket management tools is a bonus

What you'll do

Provide onsite technical hardware and break/fix services on laptops, desktops, workstations, tablets
Install, maintain, upgrade, repair IT products
Meet contractual SLAs
Communicate with stakeholders/customers
Complete administrative tasks and documentation per call
Software imaging for OS installs
Component replacement and upgrades
