Entry level field techs at school sites. Level I tech support for workstations, laptops, tablets, printers. Windows 10/11, ChromeOS, MacOS. -/hr.

Requirements

• Understanding of computers and basic networking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, ChromeOS, MacOS
• HP repair certifications preferred
• IT background preferred
• Must pass background check

What you'll do

• Level I technical support for hardware/software
• Support in and out of warranty devices
• Communicate technical info
• Pursue IT manufacturer certs (Lenovo, HP)
• Warehouse duties
