About the role

Senior finance-transformation role reporting to the CFO, requiring end-to-end ERP finance leadership, controls, program management, and AI/automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years in finance with large-scale finance-transformation leadership
• End-to-end ERP implementation as finance lead
• Process re-engineering across O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A
• SOX/SOX-lite, ITGC and audit-readiness background
• Qualified accountant and/or Big 4 or consulting transformation background
• English fluency

What you'll do

• Own finance ERP from BRD through cutover
• Lead finance-process and controls design
• Drive transformation roadmap, governance, adoption and training
• Automate core finance processes and reporting
• Embed AI in close, controls, reconciliations and reporting
