About the role

We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy autonomous AI agents into real enterprise workflows, working directly with customers to map messy processes and own production reliability end-to-end.

Requirements

• Shipped agentic systems with tool use + planning + state/memory + reliability mechanisms
• Experience evaluating LLM/agent behavior
• Production engineering mindset: tracing/logging, rollout/rollback, prompt versioning
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and/or TypeScript
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Willingness to work onsite in Chatsworth, California

What you'll do

• Own 0-to-1 enterprise deployments end to end
• Design and build agentic systems with tool calling, planning, memory, HITL controls
• Implement reliability mechanisms and enterprise integrations
• Create evaluation and monitoring systems
