About the role

Titan AI is building an AI platform for banking. The Product-Focus Forward Deployed Engineer lives closest to the client, embeds in a bank's mission, frames problems, maps workflows, builds the right thing, makes product decisions, and gives product and engineering durable platform feedback. The role combines executive conversations, hands-on building, product and UX judgment, banking fluency, and end-to-end agentic workflow delivery. Titan says it does not expect every box checked but expects candidates to be excited to learn unchecked areas this quarter.

Requirements

Builder-first orientation with a demonstrated bias to build and ship

Strong product and UX instinct with sketching and prototyping ability

Fluency or strong curiosity in banking or a comparably regulated B2B context

Client-ready communication with senior stakeholders and the ability to disagree without breaking trust

Comfort owning multi-stakeholder engagements without a heavyweight PM process

Hypothesis-driven decision making

Prompt and context engineering experience

Full-stack development, with a stronger UI/UX and front-end spike

Hands-on agent-building experience using the listed frameworks or model-provider SDKs

Working knowledge of agent search patterns and familiarity with agent evaluation/training loops

Exposure to AI security primitives

What you'll do

Embed with banking clients to understand workflows, constraints, regulatory context, and strategic outcomes

Translate ambiguous business problems into testable hypotheses and design and ship solutions

Own product decisions on live engagements, including scope, sequencing, UX, and build-versus-platform choices

Build full-stack client-facing experiences that feel native and trusted

Run agentic workflows end to end: design, configure, evaluate, ship, and iterate

Codify learning into reusable patterns, playbooks, and platform feedback

Partner with platform, GTM, and operations teams and represent client reality to product and engineering
