Mondrio builds agentic pricing management SaaS, Seed stage, SF/Amsterdam. Founding Design Engineer role owns design system coherence across human- and AI-agent-written code.

Requirements

• 5+ years building product interfaces
• Design systems/design tokens ownership
• Accessibility (WCAG) expertise
• Strong design + engineering hybrid skillset

What you'll do

• Own design system: design tokens, shadcn/ui component library, Tailwind conventions
• Shape brand identity of conversational agents/bots in Slack/Teams
• Define React Query/React Hook Form/Zod patterns for engineers and AI coding agents
• Enforce accessibility (WCAG)
• Own frontend tooling: Biome, Playwright E2E, performance
