About the role

Freelance, contract role via BWBMart commercial platform (Scalewox.com) joining a network of independent professionals doing customer feedback analysis for client businesses. Not an employee position - independent contractor responsible for own equipment/taxes. Successful candidates may be considered for client assignments after a qualification/practical preparation process.

Requirements

• Current professional employment, self-employment, or business ownership required
• Must apply using a professional work/business email domain - gmail/yahoo/outlook/hotmail/icloud applications will not be reviewed
• Strong written/verbal communication
• Analytical pattern-recognition skills
• Comfortable working independently as a freelancer
