Full Stack Developer

About the role

Full-time role in Charlotte, NC. Develops scalable microservices and backend platform components with Rust and Python, builds API-first solutions using OpenAPI, applies AI-assisted development, writes automated tests, troubleshoots APIs, collaborates on production deployments, and maintains documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of professional backend development using Rust and Python, REST/OpenAPI experience, distributed microservices, API security, Docker, and Git. Cloud, orchestration, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation are desirable or a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3 years professional development experience building backend applications, APIs, or microservices using Rust and Python
• Hands-on RESTful API development using OpenAPI/Swagger
• Strong Rust and Python programming
• Experience operating microservices in distributed environments
• API security, authentication, and authorization
• Docker
• Git
