About the role

AI-native proptech platform for homebuilders and investors analyzing land opportunities across all 50 states. Full-stack engineer owning features end-to-end, database to UI, shipping every two to three weeks.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional software engineering with Python and TypeScript/React
• Strong experience with relational databases and RESTful API design
• Comfort working across the full stack
• Experience shipping features in production with CI/CD pipelines
• Comfort with AI development tooling
• Startup pace and product ownership
• No visa sponsorship available - must be authorized to work in the US

What you'll do

• Build and ship full-stack features across core platform products
• Design and optimize database schemas for geospatial queries
• Write production-quality code deploying through CI/CD
• Collaborate with product, design, and account management
• Use AI tooling as part of daily development workflow
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, on-call rotation
