About the role

Head of IT role for an established business owning technology strategy, business systems (ERP/CRM/e-commerce) and IT service delivery, combining strategic responsibility with hands-on delivery involvement.

Requirements

• Experience leading an IT function or broad technology team
• Track record delivering improvements across business systems and operational IT
• Delivery of complex implementations involving multiple teams and external partners
• Strong understanding of cloud business applications, particularly ERP, CRM and digital commerce
• Experience overseeing integrations, data architecture and database environments
• Ownership of technology budgets, supplier relationships and outsourced delivery
• Working knowledge of cyber security, IT governance and service management
• 3+ years of work experience with Microsoft Azure

• Build a clear technology roadmap prioritising investment against business value, operational needs and risk
• Lead and develop the IT function across business applications, infrastructure and service delivery
• Improve how ERP, CRM and e-commerce platforms work together
• Take accountability for IT budgets, supplier performance and commercial negotiations
• Oversee technology projects from requirements through implementation and benefits tracking
