About the role

NLC Health Ventures seeks a Head of Product and Strategy for an early-stage AI robotic echocardiography venture in Hamburg. It has first-in-human use, an imaging partnership and clinical collaborations, and is entering product development, clinical validation and fundraising. The role leads strategy, product requirements, commercialization, clinical/regulatory coordination, investor fundraising and organization building. Requirements

• 5–15+ years MedTech, HealthTech or medical robotics experience preferred
• Product development and commercialization experience
• Familiarity with medical device development
• Exposure to clinical studies and CE/FDA regulatory processes
• Fundraising or investor interaction experience
• English fluency; German is a plus

What you'll do

• Shape company strategy, business model and go-to-market
• Translate clinical needs into product requirements and drive development toward design freeze/product-market fit
• Coordinate clinical validation and usability studies; support CE/FDA strategy
• Prepare investor materials and support fundraising
• Build clinical partner and KOL relationships
• Establish KPIs, processes and team structures
