About the role

Information Technology Help Desk Support - hands-on leadership role across construction sites and field offices, contract-to-hire into a six-figure IT leadership position. Regular travel to field offices across Rhode Island and Massachusetts required despite York, SC base location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of IT support experience (2+ in field/remote environments)
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows OS, mobile devices, networking, cloud tools
• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, MD-100/101) a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
• 1+ years experience with Ticketing Systems
• 5+ years experience with Help Desk Support

What you'll do

• Deliver on-site IT support across construction sites and field offices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking issues
• Deploy and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment
• Travel regularly to support remote teams
• Mentor junior technicians and manage high-priority tickets
