Requirements

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

What you'll do

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote assistance
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Support video conferencing platforms
• Maintain inventory of company technology assets
• Perform software installations, updates, and system upgrades
