Experience providing in-person technical support for desktops, apps, mobile devices, and network-connected hardware
Working knowledge of cyber security, data privacy, and cyber governance principles

What you'll do

Deliver hands-on support for desktops, mobile devices, telecom systems, patient entertainment tech
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/connectivity/user-access issues
Install, configure, test, maintain tech across clinical/biomedical/security/admin environments
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on service requests and deployments
Document support activities and maintain service records
