About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to support day-to-day operations across our Microsoft Azure cloud environment. This role focuses on monitoring, routine administration, access and infrastructure requests, documented troubleshooting, and automation of repetitive operational tasks. The engineer will investigate incidents using established runbooks, dashboards, logs, and diagnostic procedures; perform approved remediation; validate results; and escalate issues requiring deeper engineering expertise to the appropriate DevOps or domain team.
