Requirements

Previous Service Desk or Desktop Support experience
Microsoft Windows corporate environment experience
Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
Active Directory user administration
ServiceNow experience
VPN connectivity support
Strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
Strong customer service mindset

What you'll do

First/second-level technical support to internal employees
Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, VPN, hardware, software, connectivity
Support users via phone, chat, Slack
Document incidents/resolutions in ServiceNow
Manage user accounts/security groups in Active Directory
Deploy software/updates via endpoint management tools
Install/maintain hardware, software, peripherals
Create/improve knowledge base documentation
