About the role

Entry-Level IT Support Specialist will help teammates resolve technical issues and maintain a reliable remote work environment by troubleshooting common hardware, software, account, and connectivity problems.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
• Strong problem-solving, customer-service, and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users
• Organized approach to documenting and tracking support requests
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

What you'll do

• Respond to technical support requests through chat, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot account access, software, device, and network-connectivity issues
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions
• Provision and maintain user accounts, permissions, and common business tools
• Document incidents, resolutions, and reusable troubleshooting instructions
• Escalate complex issues with complete diagnostic information
